The staff is wonderful and cares about your experience in Simonson. The apartments are pretty spacious and rent is quite affordable. There is only one air conditioning unit in the main living space, so during the summer heat I'd advise to get a window unit for the bedrooms.

Kind, friendly, and welcoming staff. Clean, well kept, and spacious apartments. Decent prices, if you consider all of the amenities you get with it. Lovely, enjoyable place to live
